Shipping and Returns

Order Processing

We process orders during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, excluding holidays. We only offer items in our store that we already have in stock to avoid the need to back-order. We typically begin processing your order and initiate shipment on the same day (during normal business hours). If exceptional circumstances require us more than 3 business days to process your order, we will send e-mail notifying you of the delay and will offer you the opportunity to cancel you order and receive an immediate refund to your credit card.

Your credit card is charged at the time you place your order.


We only ship physical items to verified addresses in the USA and Canada. Downloadable products that do not require physical shipping are available world wide.

For physical products such as GPS hardware, electronics, micro-sd cards and CD’s we use US postal mail as our shipping carriers. We do not provide tracking numbers for US postal shipments.

Customers requesting international shipping will be invoiced for the actual costs of shipping costs and export fees. We declare the value to be the value of the media itself.

Many of the trail map products produced by do not require shipping. We electronically deliver these electronic map products through links to our map servers via e-mail and or by direct download from our web site.

If you order products that are on physical storage media, such as CD or memory card, these are shipped via US postal mail. Domestic shipping is free.

Returning Electronically Delivered Products

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any electronically delivered (downloadable) product,  send us an e-mail (within 30 days) to explaining why you want to return the items and we will refund your money. You must agree to stop using the map and delete all map files stored locally on your GPS and computer(s).

Returning Physically Shipped Products (within 30 days)

To return products that were physically shipped to you, send an e-mail to explaining why you want to return the product. Please include a reference to your product order number. We may e-mail a return authorization number and instructions on where to ship the returned item. Please include your name, and the original email address you used to order to enable us to credit your return.

Initial shipping costs and the cost to ship returned items are your responsibility. When we receive the returned items in their complete and original condition including all packaging, you will be refunded the purchase price excluding any shipping charges. A $15 Restocking Fee will be applied for returned micro-sd cards and CD media.
